NUF — branch office (fixed prices)

A NUF is a Norwegian branch of your existing foreign company. It is the fastest, most affordable way to enter Norway — no Norwegian share capital required.

All NUF prices exclude VAT and government filing fees.

AS — full Norwegian company (Aksjeselskap)

Setting up an AS is more involved than a NUF. It includes articles of association (vedtekter), a share capital deposit of at least NOK 30,000, board composition, and full incorporation with Brønnøysundregistrene.
